Hi TheresaI am super glad you enjoyed the seianmr! There is a lot of debate, several different camps and a tonne of research (none particularly long term) regarding cows milk, raw and pasteurized for human consumption.Yes I believe that Jersey cow milk is more easily used by the body, however there are many factors that will determine if raw milk will be beneficial in a diet from a persons metabolic type or oxidative type, to their body type and use. What I try to make clients aware of is that the processing of milk kills the enzymes in the milk that help you use the protein. So processed milk will inhibit function.I believe raw cows milk has many benefits which are increased greatly with (lacto)fermentation to create products such as kefir and yoghurt. If in doubt, go without for 4 weeks and see if you feel better, same or worse this is a great test to see how your body really likes any food!Love your enthusiasm!Susie
