Hi MarkThe best advice I can give is for you to book a 1 on 1 intro ssosien with one of our trainers to access your posture. We have worked through many similar issues over the years with really great results. With arms and nerve issues, improving posture, and strength in your correct posture, slowly is the key.All over posture is important to understand as your neck and shoulder posture is only as good as the tracking of your legs and pelvic positioning. There are also some breathing exercises that can help significantly.Depending on the severity of your pain, your current posture, and how often you are able to come to classes (3 x weekly should make a significant difference) most similar issues we have worked with have been markedly better at the 12 week mark and resolved at the 6-9 month mark.Regards Susie
Good day! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wdnneriog which blog platform are you using for this site? I'm getting fed up of WordPress because I've had problems with hackers and I'm looking at options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
